         <title>1.1. Working with the values into the classroom</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Inside each classroom, you can see posters defining the values they are working on. The teachers explain the students the meaning of the words and work on them throughout their lessons. They have a “reward ladder” on the wall in order to promote those values during each school day: all the students start in the morning on green, and then they can move upwards or downwards according to their behaviour. I prefer the one used in WEJS because there are three positive colours, instead of just one. I have also noticed that, in both schools, teachers try to motivate students as much as possible. <br><br></div>]]></description>
