Preparation of salah with khusyu

### 1. Purification (Wudu):

 - Perform *wudu* (ablution) carefully. Purification of the body helps prepare the mind and heart for prayer, allowing for a more sincere connection with Allah.

### 2. Clean and Quiet Environment:

 - Find a clean, quiet space free from distractions. This helps create an environment conducive to focus and spiritual connection during the prayer.

### 3. Mental and Emotional Preparation:

 - Before beginning, take a moment to calm your thoughts. Focus on your intention to worship Allah alone and seek His mercy. Remove distractions or worries from your mind.

### 4. Reflect on the Meaning of Prayer:

 - Reflect on the significance of *salah*. Understand that you are standing before Allah, the Creator, and this is a unique opportunity for closeness with Him.

### 5. Focus on the Actions:

 - Perform the physical movements (standing, bowing, prostrating) with intention and mindfulness. Do not rush through the actions, but perform them with calm and devotion.

### 6. Understanding the Words:

 - Try to understand the meanings of the Quranic verses and supplications recited in prayer. This deepens your connection to the words and enhances your focus.

### 7. Avoid Distractions:

 - Keep your phone away, avoid looking around, and block out any external distractions. Focus solely on the prayer and your relationship with Allah.

### 8. Supplicate with Humility:

 - During prayer, remember your need for Allah's mercy. Ask for forgiveness, guidance, and blessings with sincerity and humility.

### 9. Maintain Regularity:

 - The more consistently you prepare and pray with *khushu*, the easier it becomes to focus and connect with Allah during every prayer. Make it a habit to approach prayer with this mindset.

By following these steps, the act of *salah* becomes not just a physical routine but a deep spiritual experience, fostering *khushu* and enhancing the connection with Allah.
