         <description><![CDATA[<div>Radiation:<br>Recall that radiation is the direct transfer of energy by electromagnetic waves.<br>Conduction:<br>Have you ever walked barefoot on hot sand?Your feet felt hot because heat moved directly from the sand into your feet.&nbsp; The direct transfer of heat from one substance that it is touching is called conduction.<br>Convection:<br>Particles can move easily from one place to another.&nbsp; As the particles move,their energy goes along with them.<br>Heat flow:<br>Takes place whenever two objects of diferent temperatures are brought into contact.&nbsp; If two objects have different temperatures, heat will flow from the warmer object to the colder one. The heat will continue to flow until&nbsp; the objects are at the same temperature.</div>]]></description>
