The difference in education in the United States and New Zealand is that in New Zealand, the average years of schooling for adults is 11.7 while in the the United States the schooling for adults in 12 years.

Most times the performers of these dances will use face paints instead of the traditional face tattoos. People in New Zealand spend a considerable amount of time outside gardening for the weekend barbies ( barbecue ). Not only do they garden since no area is far from mountains, sea, or rivers, there is many opportunities to go tramping ( hiking ), fishing ( deep-sea and freshwater ), hunting ( limited basis ) swimming, jogging, and sailing. 
Unlike NZ, people in the U.S. enjoy watching television and and movies.
