And it's highly recommended to eat more than one because Ghouls have things called Kagune which are organs that grow out of their backs in different shapes, sizes, and colors which are used for fighting other Ghouls and the C.C.G Comision of Counter Ghouls. 

But this story is about a Japanese 17-18-year-old named Kaneki Ken. My favorite chartocr is Kaneki after his huge chacrotr change which he turns from a shy, weak, book worm. To a mourdors phocopath who wants to protect what he loves. This reminds me of another Anime/Manga which is Narout and there charctor named Obito whwn he watchs one of his freinds kill a girl who he loved and he delops into a villlian. Kaneki Ken said "Human relationships are chemical reactions. If you have a reaction then you can never return back to your previous state of being."
