Mr. soil will represent the manager in this example, he showed great communication and problem solving skills. 

 As you can see in the clip the ants had a working system, which was to follow the line, drop the food off and repeat. When the leaf fell and blocked the path for the ants, the ants started to panic they had no idea what to do next. This represent any unexpected occurrence that may happen in a business. Mr. Soil saw the issue from a far and assessed the situation so that business could flow as normal. 

The most important part of management is to ensure all company goals and targets are achieved and to create a sustainable environment that allows employees to work efficiently and productively.
