This case is relevant to Family Law because it is base on divorce and custody of a child.
In this case there is a couple who wants to be separate and mother of child wishing to move to Australia and wants the custody of his for permanent but his father denied it. So, they claimed it in the court and at the end after seeing the benefits and drawbacks of this case for child judge decided to gave the custody of child to his mother.
