Endometriosis is a condition that affects women of reproductive age, in which tissue similar to the lining of the uterus grows outside of the uterus, typically on the ovaries, fallopian tubes, or other pelvic organs. This tissue can cause pain, scarring, and infertility. The exact cause of endometriosis is not fully understood, but factors such as genetics, hormonal imbalances, and immune system dysfunction may all play a role in its development.

If you are experiencing symptoms of endometriosis, it is important to seek the advice of a qualified gynaecologist. The best Indian gynaecologist in Dubai can perform a thorough evaluation of your symptoms and medical history, and may recommend tests such as a pelvic exam or imaging studies to confirm a diagnosis. Treatment options for endometriosis may include medications to manage pain and regulate the menstrual cycle, hormone therapy, or surgery to remove endometriotic tissue. Working closely with a gynaecologist can help you manage your symptoms and achieve your reproductive goals, whether that be conceiving a child or managing pain and discomfort associated with endometriosis.

To know more visit : https://eatprayendoscopy.com/about-us/

To be considered a screening test, the test must be sensitive enough to detect the illness in its early stages. It must be particular in order for the test to be positive in the absence of additional criteria. CA-125, an antigen found in ovarian cancer, was considered to be a potential screening tool. CA-125 levels are increased in women with ovarian cancer and are used to monitor tumour growth or regression.

Fibroids, commonly known as leiomyomas, are uterine smooth muscle tumors that are benign. They develop under the effect of estrogen and progesterone and are thus visible throughout the reproductive years. Fibroids affect 40% of women by the age of 40. Fibroids shrink in size as a result of menopause and a decrease in hormones. Abnormal bleeding is the most frequent sign of fibroids. When fibroids develop, they may create pressure on the bladder, rectum, or pelvis. If you experience any of the above symptoms, get an appointment with a gynecologist and get treatment for your fibroid.

For more information, consult Dr. Neha Lalla one of the best Gynaecologist in Dubai

What are the risks involved in IMSI treatment?

IMSI is prone to the same risks as ICSI. They are listed below. -

A male infant born after Intracytoplasmic Morphologically Selected Sperm Injection (IMSI) is more likely to have reproductive problems in the future. This happens due to the passing of infertility genetics from the father to the baby.

In an IMSI infant, there is a 3% probability of a serious birth defect. Beckwith-Wiedemann syndrome, Angelman syndrome, sex chromosomal abnormalities, and hypospadias are among them.

Some fertilized eggs (2% of all) do not develop into healthy embryos. This is due to the fact that they may be destroyed during the IMSI treatment, which is more intrusive and takes more labor than a regular IVF operation.

To boost the odds of a successful pregnancy, numerous embryos are put within the woman's uterus so that at least one embryo may grow normally. This, however, increases the likelihood of multiple pregnancies.

Multiple pregnancies raise the risk of problems such as premature delivery, high blood pressure, gestational diabetes, and the necessity for a c- section.

For more information, consult Dr. Neha Lalla one of the best Gynaecologist in Dubai

A hydrosalpinx arises when the fallopian tube is injured or if the end of the fallopian tube is blocked. The obstruction might cause fluid to accumulate and the fallopian tube to enlarge. The disease may affect either one or both fallopian tubes.

A hydrosalpinx may develop as a consequence of scarring from earlier tubal surgery or from an infection, such as a sexually transmitted illness. Adhesions, which are regions of scar tissue on your pelvic organs that may get stuck together, are another frequent cause of a hydrosalpinx. Endometriosis and other gynecological illnesses are often accompanied with adhesions. Previous pelvic surgery, especially on the fallopian tubes, might possibly be the reason. Endometriosis, pelvic adhesions, certain tumors, and other infections, such as appendicitis, pelvic infection, or pelvic inflammatory disease, may also cause blocked fallopian tubes.

For more information, consult Dr. Neha Lalla one of the best Gynaecologist in Dubai.

The fallopian tubes carry out an important role in pregnancy because they are where most eggs are fertilized. To become pregnant, every stage of the human reproduction process must occur as it should - from the release of a mature egg to fertilization and eventually implanting in the uterus. Open fallopian tubes and a normal uterus play a very important role in this process. Infertility is often caused by blocked or damaged fallopian tubes. Pregnancy is impossible if both tubes are fully obstructed owing to adhesions or scar tissue around them. Although it is possible to get pregnant if the fallopian tubes are partly obstructed by adhesions, the chance of misplaced (ectopic) pregnancy rises. In such cases, your doctor might recommend in vitro fertilization (IVF) if treatment is possible.

Fertility is not affected if one fallopian tube is blocked as the egg can still travel through the unaffected fallopian tube. Fertility medicines may increase the likelihood of ovulation in a healthy fallopian tube.

For more information, consult Dr. Neha Lalla one of the Best Gynaecologist in Dubai.

Are any tests required before deciding for IUI?

Before beginning IUI therapy, the doctor may recommend a few tests. Women of any age may have to undergo tests to ensure that at least one fallopian tube is open (so that the sperm can enter the fallopian tube to fertilize the egg and the fertilized egg can exit the uterus), as well as tests to determine the levels of hormones such as follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), estrogen, and progesterone. Every male partner who provides a sperm sample for IUI preparation must be checked for infectious illnesses. If a woman is utilizing donor sperm from a sperm bank, she must undergo infectious disease testing before beginning donor sperm inseminations. For more information, consult Dr. Neha Lalla the Best Gynaecologist in Dubai.

It is a condition in which tissue similar to the uterine lining (endometrium) is found outside the uterus. Endometriosis often affects the ovaries, fallopian tubes, and the peritoneum, the tissue that lines the pelvis. Endometrial-like tissue may be present in areas other than the pelvic organs, such as the lungs, rectum, intestines, bladder, ureters, and scars.Endometriosis affects around 26 million people in India. Several studies in the Indian population have shown that the prevalence of endometriosis ranges from 34% to 48% as detected by laparoscopy. In infertile women, the prevalence varies from 20% to 50%.For more information, consult Dr. Neha Lalla the Best Gynaecologist in Dubai.

Vulval intraepithelial neoplasia (VIN) is a precancerous condition that affects the vulval epithelium. This signifies that specific cells in the vulva have undergone alterations that are not malignant but might develop into cancer in the future. VulvalIn certain circumstances, the abnormal cells may disappear on their own. However, due to the risk of cancer, therapy to remove the damaged cells is often advised.VIN symptoms include chronic irritation of the vulva and raised discolored patches, which are comparable to those of vulval cancer. Consult your doctor if you are experiencing any of these symptoms.VINs are classified into two types:

usual or undifferentiated VIN – this usually affects women under 50 and is thought to be caused by an HPV infection.

typical or undifferentiated VIN – this usually affects women under 50 and is thought to be caused by an HPV infection.

For more information, consult Dr. Neha Lalla the Best

Gynaecologist in Dubai.

Sperm preservation is often performed in situations of impending vasectomy, low sperm count, poor sperm quality, illnesses such as prostate cancer, testicular cancer, or Non-disease, Hodgkin's and subsequent medical treatments that may affect future sperm production. According to research, men who want to have children beyond the age of 50 are more likely to have children with autism or mental retardation, and they may consider sperm banking during their earlier years. In the instance of embryo preservation, the embryos are preserved so that they may be utilized in future pregnancies rather than being destroyed. In the event that a current IVF or other reproductive therapy fails, it is more cost effective to utilize the stored embryos rather than restart the procedures. Another reason individuals choose embryo preservation is medical procedures that may diminish their chances of pregnancy. Donor programmes form a small percentage of causes of preservation.

For more information, consult Dr. Neha Lalla, one of the best Gynaecologist in Dubai.

Tubal factor infertility refers to a condition in which the fallopian tubes, which play a crucial role in conception, are blocked, damaged, or not functioning properly. The fallopian tubes serve as a pathway for the sperm to reach the egg and for the fertilized embryo to travel to the uterus for implantation and pregnancy.

When the fallopian tubes are affected, it can disrupt the normal process of fertilization and implantation, leading to difficulty in achieving pregnancy. The blockage or damage can prevent the sperm from reaching the egg, resulting in the inability to conceive naturally. Even if fertilization does occur, the fertilized embryo may face challenges in its journey through the blocked or damaged fallopian tubes, which can increase the risk of ectopic pregnancy or pregnancy loss.

Tubal factor infertility can be caused by various factors, including infections, such as pelvic inflammatory disease, sexually transmitted infections, previous surgeries, endometriosis, and structural abnormalities. Treatment options for tubal factor infertility may include surgical procedures to repair or unblock the fallopian tubes, or assisted reproductive technologies such as in vitro fertilization (IVF), where the fertilization process occurs outside the body.

In Al Nahda, Dr. Neha Lalla specializes in Fibroid Treatment in Dubai diagnosis and offers personalized advice on effective treatment options.
