         <description><![CDATA[<div>Listening to all the sharing, I think that there are several strategies/ disposition that is overarching regardless of the type of SEN. Something that stood out to me is - small successes and followed up praise/ affirmation.&nbsp;<br><br>I think the question is with the understanding of SEN, how can I be intentional about creating these experiences and scaffolding the opportunities (because small successes don't often just occur by happenstance).
