You also need to have great communication skills , that's one of the major skills that you need because you will need to be able to communicate with your residents and know how to access there needs. With this job I am able to take necessary trips when needed and be able to not get every preforming gig and still be able to have a steady income. Making money is more monthly than the usual every 1-2 weeks like a normal job. You also take risk with this jobs because it's either the best thing for you are the worst. You also have a choice to leave your properties to continue to make the same amount of money. But as you settle into the Job and get the houses rented out it starts to become more mental work and computer/ business calls type of work.
