Ted Rutowski and Principal Wallace have made it clear that self-care is a top priority. They are meeting monthly to go through the book 'Onward' by Elena Aguilar and practice self-care strategies from the 'Onward' workbook. By the end of the year their staff will understand at least 15 new self-care strategies.
