         <description><![CDATA[<p>I have not had this experience in a classroom, but I have encountered peers and mentors who have shared their insights and expertise. I try to approach things empathetically and do my best to regulate my own emotions. Speaking in a calm voice in a direct way can help for clarity. Zones of regulation are very helpful, I've learned them as blue, green, yellow and red zone and applied principles of DBT to help.</p>]]></description>
