         <description><![CDATA[<div>The first and most important stage of the buying process, because every sale begins when a customer becomes aware that they have a need for a product or service. It can be through :</div><ul><li><mark>internal stimuli</mark> (normally a physiological or emotional needs, such as hunger, thirst, sickness, sleepiness, sadness, jealousy, etc)</li><li><mark>external stimuli</mark> (like an advertisement, the smell of yummy food, etc)</li></ul><div><br>For example, in terms of food service industry, how diners choose their restaurant. At the first place, we can say they want to meet their needs which is eat. The purpose they want to go the restaurant is to eat. Then why do they want to eat? Because to satisfy their hunger. It could be that they want to experience dine-out rather than eat at home.</div>]]></description>

It is best to gather necessary information that is directly related to the product or service before making the buying process. The information can be obtained from the websites, social media, opinion of a reliable person or speak to experts and professionals as it will help produce a variety of solutions when considering all the options for the final decision.<br><br>For example, before visiting a restaurant, customers can ask the opinion of a friend who has visited the restaurant, get feedback and reviews about the restaurant on the restaurant’s website or social media, and consult with the person in charge at the restaurant to getting more information .<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Third stage is alternative evolution which means the stage in the buying decision process in which the buyer uses information gathered to make a final choice between the products in the evoked set. Buyer can make evaluation criteria based on price, brand name and country of origin. But in terms of food service industry, buyers can evaluate through price, service and environment of the restaurant. <br><br>As example, after get further information, customers can do comparison well which restaurant is the best. If there are three restaurants that in research, the customers make comparison between three restaurants to get better satisfaction.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Post-purchase behavior is the final stage in the consumer decision process when the customer assesses whether he is satisfied or dissatisfied with a purchase. A customer may also have a change of heart and decide that he no longer has a need for this particular product.<br><br>As example, if the customer satisfied eating at the restaurant, he will come again and repeat to eat there, and if&nbsp;the customer feels the experience he dined in there did not reach the level of his satisfaction, he can stop coming to the restaurant again. </div>]]></description>
