On the coontrary in the past food was little and we ate only what we had.
2)Yes, in the past the diet was healtier,there were not preservatives,dyes, for the vegetables any type of herbicide wasn't used.
3) In my city there was only one market.
4) At the market I bought legumes, vegetables and fruit.
5-6) No, but I had a vegetable garden in the country. I had some animals such as sheep and pigs from which I took the milk and meat.
7) The Sunday lunch was the same as any other day because food was scarce.
