If we give children a chance to have fun in schools, then they can open up. The Teacher can see a new side of the student that they might not gotten to see if it was always ‘strict’ in the classroom. Also, it gives them an opportunity to make choices on their own and explore ideas. Therefore when having happiness in a classroom you can honestly make their day because you don’t exactly know how they live and their home life.  It’s meant to think with creativity you make me seem more involved. For these students it’s not just about going to school and learning, it’s about more than that, it's making them interact and feel that they can have different friendships and build interactions and learn in fun ways. Joy and happiness are important motivating factors to get students engaged in class. The absence of joy in life will cause depression and it is very hard to get anything accomplished when you are depressed. Having and joyful environment in the classroom will have the students engaged and promote productivity. When students are asked to explain their reasoning behind their answer, they are unable to because they never truly learned the matter--they just memorized the equation. Now, the students become robots and teachers loose their passion. Students will begin to associate the emotions they feel in a boring and unhappy classroom with feeling disinterested in learning and academics as a whole. On the contrary, a classroom that is engaging and encouraging can make a student feel more eager to learn and come to class. These two points can also really make or break a student's desire to stay in school, especially during a standard 6 hour school day where they are, understandably, easily are bored.

At such young ages, kids need engaging activities to help them learn. It is very easy for a student to cut, paste, and glue over and over again, but if the student is not truly interested in the topic, they will not pick it up.
