25th April, the day this protect started, as that was the day of the Google Forms, I was not here because I was sick, Ethan did not come either because he was on a cruise ship, JPO was the only person who was here that day.

In what vehicle do you go to school?

This data show me that that 61.5% of the people go to school in car and the 33.8% in bus. This shows that students contaminate a lot the planet. The car and buses contaminate a lot the ocean and that pollution poisons the fish and marine animals that we eat. That could be dangerous for the humans that eat marine animals, the same thing for the cows, pigs. The pollution gets into the animals food and when the animals eat that food it could die because that polluted food can be poisonous.

Maybe go some days in a car to school is not too bad, but going in a car everyday is very bad for the planet. Maybe we can go to school by walking or on a bicycle so we stop contaminating. According to USA.gov, traveling by car emits 25 kilogram of CO² for every kilometre. Traveling in a bus reduces your personal CO² emission by 85%. So I think going by bus will reduce contanmiting to the environment.

How much Rubbish do you throw every year?

In Colombia, According to ResearchGate the average person throws 277 kilograms of Rubbish each year. So, the most voted one on the pie chart (“Some” in Red Colour) is about 277 kilograms. Right? No. The Parents of the Students of Colegio Panamericano pay about 600 US Dollars monthly to the school and the minimum wage in Colombia is only 350 US Dollars, and people with more money make more pollution.

And in the graph someone said they don't throw any rubbish at all. That makes no sense because that same person said they waste some food a week, like, Wasted food goes in the Rubbish Bin!

How much food do you waste and our carbon footprint?

This information tells me that 39.4% of the students in school throw some food away every single day. This chart also tells me, 7.6% of students throw away a lot of food. This information is important because all the food that has been created there is a portion that has been wasted. This tells me that our school is growing our carbon footprint. A good solution could be let the

students to chose their amount of food they will eat. Also, we could make different food every day to make the students like different types of food. We should not let student throw a lot of food in the trash because that increases our Carbon Footprint and waste a lot of food that maybe were going to need in the future. Another solution can be all the waste food can be give to the animals or use the waste food for compost.

Doing the Investigation and Discarded Investigations

We needed a short video, so we did an investigation about this, it was difficult to get it but we got the information, some information was discarded for the final video because it's about Antarctic Animals like Penguins and Puffins, but it was discarded because it was not about pollution, and some was discarded only because it made the video too long, just like the ones in the picture.

There were some parts that could go in the video, some were modified, some were not, example of a modified one is the one below (number 6.) that was modified to stop at "or just leave Rubbish outside", because the information below is very long, and people would get bored of someone talking with a greenscreen behind, and also the "why in places like Svalbard Islands (the closest you can get to the North Pole) and Antarctica" was changed to "why in Antarctica". An example of a part that was not modified was the one on top (number 5.), that was perfect just as it is.

The solutions were the last part where we talked like in a paragraph, just like in most of the parts, the script was modified to go with the video, Possible Solution 2 was first, because the script was not finished yet at the time Possible Solutions 2 was finished, so for it to go with video "another" was changed to "a".

Choosing a problem for our topic

The problem we use needed to be a big problem about Antarctica, so ice melting would be it, this is what we wrote:

"of the Antarctica is that the air there is so hot so the ice wall of the Antarctica is melting, the hot air is caused of the pollution that cause the car, buses, motorcycle motor and the Antarctic ocean is having contamination problem cause all the food that we waste all the days a lot of them is going to the ocean and that contaminate too much the antarctic.
