Ethics are something that everybody should have. This is true for any business or corporation as well. I think it is import to always do the right thing ethically because at the end of the day everybody still matters are we are all apart of each other lives wether its personally or a customer at a business or an employee of a business. Nobody wants to be treated unfairly and companies that can give back to the community in any way should.

Module three talked about global banking and their two goals to complete by 2030. It stated that the global banking system wanted to completely end global poverty and promote global prosperity. This is crucial as we are lucky to have things such as clean drinking water and medicine when ever we need it. This is not the case in some countries and they need our help to be able to enjoy the same commodities that we all take for granted. I think that this module was the most intriguing and beneficial to me.

This module spoke about organizational structure within a company. This picks up where module 4 left off. Once you create a company plan you must be able to put it in to action and being organized is very crucial. Structure within a company is the back bone of that company. Without structure the plan is useless. this module is very important in teaching the importance of building the correct type of structure and when to use a specific structure module.

Module 6 is the module that helped me the most in my work life. This image shows many people with many ideas. If there is not a clear way to communicate ideas effectively then communication will be lost. Going back to module 1 in the chain of command is how the chain of communication should go. This allows every person to give their ideas while others listen. This keeps floor clear of people talking over each other. This module really benefited me at work as I implemented this ideology.

Leadership is crucial to be able to get the most out of your team. Leaders are the people who inspire you to be better in everyway possible. I wrote about my manager in the assignment for this module and the next day he told he will be leaving the company in a week. This loss of leadership has been felt by the entire team. The new manager that replaced him isn't able to motivate us or lead us in any way. This brings down shop morale and productivity. The correct leaders are vital to a teams performance.

setting standards has been a big part of my life. If you set standards in any aspect of your life whether its school, work , friends or even relationships you will always work to meet them personally. Setting standards in the work place lets everybody know what is expected and what will and will not be tolerated. This is vital to keeping employees on track. These standards must come from a respected leader or they will not be followed.
