Monotheism was introduced. (good vs evil, God vs. Satan, etc. Zoroastrianism was based on the teachings of a man named Zoroastar. The world must have been created by a god named Ahura Mazda. Ahura Mazda had an opposing evil, Ahriman. Zoroaster believed people had free will. The sacred text of the Zoroastrians was the Avesta. The Avesta says those who act good and within Ahura Mazda will enter a heaven with pleasures, but those who sin will be punished until Ahura Mazda eventually wins the dualism war against Ahriman, where both will live together peacefully.

The Persians also had to keep records, such as tax records. Writings were etched. Many different languages were used and written around the same time. Literature and religious texts were also a pretty big part that was played in writing. The government had to keep several records, especially of important events that occurred to the Persians.
