Alternative strategies. Could you have dealt with the situation better? What choices did you have? How would the outcome have differed?
Learning.
How does your experience change your view on the session?
Have you taken any action to support yourself or others?

Might the consequences of my actions be? 

What this means overall is that you first evaluate what your role is and what you have done initially. 
Secondly you look at what this tells you, why you took these actions and do they have any further implications for yourself or students.

Teachers are considered to be excellent if they are continually reflecting along with their attitude for teaching.

The aim of being a critical reflector is to review as many different vantage points as possible.

Uses 4 lenses that can be used to reflect. 

1) autobiographical
2) the students eye
3) our colleague's experiences
4) theoretical literature

the first uses the teachers experiences such as when they were a learner or from previous lessons...

the second is looking at the students point of view through such things as evaluations...

the third is getting advice from your colleagues and mentors...

the final one is looking at texts that are written by "experts"....
