2.  Reputation - This aspect of our school works as a constant ebb and flow. However, with social media sites and other uncontrollable variables, one incident can ruin what we worked hard to build. As a school, we are constantly working to build relationships with parents in order to enhance our reputation in the community. In addition to reputation, the school has been working to add parent and guardian input with the addition of a Parental Advisory; however, this has been a slow process. 2.
