Most of the kids had no or little education. Even for the lucky kids that had some type of education, their work would interfere with the kids school. The working places were dangerous because the machines had no protective gears on them to protect the workers. the kids were sent to work to help out their parents make money. The reformers over the years tried new ways to end child labor. Either by speaking out about how making kids from the five years old all the way to sixth-teen years old. Reforms through all the years made  sure people knew about the issue until it was dealt with and it was over.
