         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think a bystander effect is when people are not likely to help a victim when there are more people around because they think that someone will help instead.&nbsp;<br><br>I would describe the bystanders in the video as scared I guess, because they just walked away and kind of didn't know what to do except those 2 guys. They actually took action and cared.<br><br>This will be related to what we are studying because in the Holocaust, people would just wouldn't so anything.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The bystander effect is when individuals are less likely to take affect to a certain situation, and the more people there are, the less likely people are going to help.<br>I would describe the people in this video as very scared, intimidated, or nervous in what the outcome would be if they themselves had taken effect.<br>This is relating to what we are doing because people back during the Holocaust were just letting the Nazi's take the Jews to their Concentration camps to be worked and killed. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The bystander effect is when a person is a lot less likely to help people that need help and are in trouble&nbsp;<br>The people in the video you could tell did not care about other issues and from what i saw&nbsp;care about them selves and this relates to this Topic Because the Innocent Jews that needed help didn't because they thought it would be harder to help then not to.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The bystander effect is when a bad situation were to occur and if more people where to show up it's less likely to help since they believe that another person will help.<br><br>The bystanders in the video seem like they're questioned to the situation they're not sure what to do either help or let it happen because in the video they want to help but they believed that it was just a disobedient.<br><br>This relates to the Holocaust in many ways like when the Nazi take the Jews or segregate them in the streets people are watching and are too scared to try anything because the Nazi might also beat them.</div>]]></description>
