I would describe the bystanders in the video as scared I guess, because they just walked away and kind of didn't know what to do except those 2 guys. They actually took action and cared.

This will be related to what we are studying because in the Holocaust, people would just wouldn't so anything.

I would describe the people in this video as very scared, intimidated, or nervous in what the outcome would be if they themselves had taken effect.

The bystanders in the video seem like they're questioned to the situation they're not sure what to do either help or let it happen because in the video they want to help but they believed that it was just a disobedient.

The bystanders in the video are focused on their own things in life and plan on leaving the responsibility to help that girl to other people. This will relate to the Holocaust because other Germans who were not jews thought other people would help Jews from the nazis and wanted to leave the responsibility to others since they were too focused on their way of life as well.

The bystander effect is when people/bystanders don't feel they are responsible to take action or help a victim for something they witnessed. 
 
I would describe the bystanders in the video as either unconcerned or unwilling to help, or showing the bystander effect.
