Fining them would mean even unwilling people have to participate in the recycling.
2.

1. People should be fined because the waste will damage the einvironment. Nowadays, the air is becoming increasingly polluted, and more and more people are becoming ill more frequently. Furthermore, Natural goods will run out if people don't recycle it meaning that there won't be enough for next generation.
2. In the other hand, It will be unfair if people get finned fined for doing something on their own decissions. Especialy when poor people get a huge penalty for throwing trash out of the recycling box. If the country uses that money for donation, it's like taking from a poor person to give to another person.

Environmental studies will teach people to be conscious of how their decisions might affect the very planet they live in and this might mean that, the next generation of businessmen, governent workers will be properly equipped to take the consequences of their actiosn on the environment in consideration.
2. Environmental studies, however, might add to the increasing bulk of workload that students are subjected to and sometimes, schools with little finanial fundings in poorer areas need to focus all their resources on providing students with basic education that will help them get out of poverty.

1. People should not be fined if they do not recycle their household waste because it doesn't really solve the actual problem, as most of the time the only reason why they recycle is because they do not want to get fined if they don't do so. This could cause a problem at one point where someone just gets fed up and accepts getting fined while still did not learn the true meaning behind recycling wastes.
2. Furthermore, a lot of residents do not truly understand how to recycle the right way, so it will just give the landfill workers more work to do as the people that did so didn't use the right procedure in the first place.

A general increase in the attention on our footsteps on the environment can be observed, with many regular households making an effort to reduce waste in everyday life, environmental activists who fight for the environment, scientists working on renewable fuels, small businesses working on being sustainable, tecahers teaching students to be aware of environmental issues,...
2. Ironically, the insensitivity and dismissal of environmental problems can be observed in people who hold the power to affect the environment most. A large number of business owners, factory owners and even world leaders still carry out environmentally damaging activities everyday, and when someone disagrees with their views, for example, Greta Thunberg, they are made fun of and their words are not taken seriously.

I disagree that saving resources does not make an impact globally.

This is because saving resources can be a monetary perks to companies, while simultaneously be beneficial for the environment in the long run. For example, a plastic bottle company can reduce the amount of plastic that a bottle composed of. This reduction of plastic lower the material and production costs for each bottle that the company produces, and increases the sustainability of the plastic, making it more easier to recycle and reuse. And because this is for each bottle being send out to the public, it will have a strong, large-scale impact around the world as plastic bottle can be recycle more efficiently and save more money exponentially for researching solutions for other global environmental problems, which would save lives and improves lives of many people.

Recycling some items is a shared responsibility, and it's extremely important for everyone to do so. While this is not necessarily a negative thing, it can still be demanding and result in too many natural resources being excavated and harvested in order to be satisfied, plus the carbon footprint increases dramatically as the whole procedure from creating a product to using a product would create many wastes along the process. A possible solution is to improve our methods of extracting and producing to be more efficient and effective, and raise awareness about environmental issues to increases individuals responsibility.

According to a Pew Research Center survey in 2018, most citizens thinks that global warming is a major threat in our society, and the same research also concluded that the awareness of global warming is rising in all countries, even less developed ones.
2. In addition, most of the environmental issues we're experiencing today, especially global warming, is extremely difficult to solve. This is due to the fact that everything, from the way we eat, to the way we travel, and the way we use electricity has to change completely. While higher class people and countries can afford this change, developing and least developed countries can't. Some citizens who are living in there have to use vehicles that emit a lot of greenhouse gases, since they, and the government cannot afford everyone to use public transport and/or use electric vehicles.

Since fossil fuel is a very cheap source of energy, governments will build fossil fuel power plants to accommodate the electricity demand. The statement "saving resources is a waste of time" is completely false, since saving resources also allows us to make the most of what we had, reducing emissions. Instead of spending electricity on turning on unused lights, we can use the energy wasted on something that is significantly more important. This reduces carbon emissions, since we burn less fossil fuels to do the same thing.
2. In addition, saving resources means that we can slow down any long-term issues from happening, such as running out of fossil fuels. When we slow down our consumption of fossil fuels, governments can spend more time on developing a renewable energy source and slowly replace existing fossil fuel power plants with solar farms, wind farms, etc. By doing this, we can prevent getting into an energy crisis due to lack of fossil fuels and not enough renewable electricity sources.

Rural areas would not have the accessibility to recycle their waste, and we should look into improving their life conditions to help them create a functional system of recycle centre.

3. It is important as well for new generations to learn about this rule in reasonable and friendly tone, so as the rule does not feel obligatory and oppressive, and instead feel like a normal parts of their daily life. This increase the likelihood that they normalized the rule and follow it. Being told what to do would feel demanding and freedom-restricting.

I believe everyone should know about this, especially extremely young kid. However, the learning method should be normalized into a daily part of their life. If the school were make the subject feel compulsory, it will separate the subjects out of of their ordinary life and feel like something they have to follow through which feel restricting of their freedom. A way to avoid making the subjects feel separated and not ordinary is to keep it personal, by letting them go outside and explore on their own, help creating personal experiences, instead of giving them works to do, which would just feel mandatory . It would be best if this is taught for very young kids, so that the experiences stick with them for the rest of their life. This would not be as effective towards teenagers, as they are more self-aware and might be dismissive.

The majority of people did not take environmental issues seriously so the pollution is keep continuing to increase over time. If every citizen gives more attention to the nature around them, there will definitely be fewer global environmental issues. Issues like global warming and climate change are now worse than ever so we should take responsibility and care more about the environment.

The increase in population can lead to several other environmental problems like an increase in using fuel, producing more waste, or overuse of non-renewable energy. However, besides overpopulation, there are still more dangerous natural problems like global warming and pollution. So in my opinion, overpopulation is not the most priority issue that we need to fixed happened nowadays.

Overusing unrenewable resources like fuel or oil will make harm to the environment, for instance, burning fuel can create air pollution from producing too much carbon dioxide.
