         <description><![CDATA[<div>There are 4 layers of the atmosphere.The layer we live on is the Troposphere,this is where most weather occurs. The second layer is the Stratosphere ,this contains the ozone layer,it protects us from harmful UV rays.The third layer is the Mesosphere,it is the coldest layer,and it protects us from metors.The last layer is the Thermosphere its the hotest layer its broken into two smaller layers,the ionosphere and the exosphere the ionosphere is responsible for radio communication , also  the exosphere is the last layer it  is the layer were satalites are usually found<br><br></div>]]></description>
