After your subordinates went online, did you noticed any changes in their performance? Can you give an example? 
I started to work with my team in May 2020 (when lockdown has already started).
So all my work with team is exactly remotely. Nothing changes from that time. I think everybody is used for WFH and they don't feel themselves unmotivated. But my purpose is determine in time any changes in their behavior.

How did you transform your home to the motivating environment?
I choose 1 room for working, removed from it all unnecessary (like an ironing board, etc :). I wear office cloth and put on headphones - and I'm like in office!

Nothing specific. Just to maintain reliable relationships, hold 1-2-1 regular meetings, develop their knowledges via offering some kinds of training and participation in workshops

For me it was a bit hard to become acquainted and started to work only in on-line mode. But now nothing prevents us from fully communicate and do our work
