         <description><![CDATA[<p><br></p><p>To be honest, I think Dr. Pepper is a great drink overall. It is very refreshing, and has an addictive flavor. However, I am concerned about the added sugars and its high caloric content. During my research process, I came across an article titled “Is Dr Pepper Bad For You?” approved by Dr. Robert Cook. It states that Dr. Pepper contains high fructose corn syrup as a cheap substitution for cane sugars. However, it was also proven by research that high fructose corn syrup is linked to severe health conditions such as cancer, diabetes, tooth decay, and more. We might think to just avoid it, but the high fructose corn syrup also manipulates our natural desire to consume energy rich foods.</p><p><br></p>]]></description>
