Compassion in schools I am less sure of...? Regarding PP and depression: that would be more linked to adults as opposed to teenagers?

Matthew

I am also interested in kids of secondary school age, especially those with/at risk of low resilience and how hope can impact their ability to thrive - educationally and emotionally. I have had a couple of ideas about how I might create/be part of an intervention that is based on/has roots in the hope theory and researching the impact it has. I am also interested in the role parents play in giving kids hope and what impact an intervention could have.

I am interested in intervention with leaders to build personal and organisational well being and performance. About how positive emotions and resilience build a leaders' capability to cast a 'hopeful' shadow and create higher engagement and job satisfaction in teams. Thinking that engagement scores will be the key measure, but could also look at other factors such as absence, performance, turnover. Having difficult in framing a question or focus these ideas into a direction as seems so wide. Keen to get feedback and direction. Or I could narrow focus just to working with leaders on their own wellbeing and resilience.
