In today’s digital world, self-study plays roughly an important role as a indispensable tool for indepenent learners. Thus, let’s look at pros and cons of this learning method.

First of all, it is clear that self-study offers many benefits. To begin with, learners can set their own schedule and make their own plan of study, which promotes their independence, self-discipline and also enhances personal motivation. Besides, through the process of self-study, they also develop thinking and problem-solving skills, discussion and application of knowledge into practice. For instance, a person who self-study a foreign language using online materials and having the ablility to decide their own studying schedule, thereby encouraging the freedom and the personalisation to enjoy their own learning process.

While self-study can be beneficial, it also has some drawbacks. Firstly, we could face up to the lack of structure, evidently, without a formal curriculum or guidance, it can be challenging to know what to study next or ensure you're covering all necessary topics. Secondly, self-study can be lonely, lacking the collaborative learning environment and social interactions that come with traditional classrooms.

In conclusion, self-study has both positive aspects and obstacles. From my perspective, learners should consider which is the best way to study particular subjects since the education is changing all the time.

In conclusion, as previously discussed, there are both pros and cons of the trend denoted. From my perspective, learners should find out both the advantages and disadvantages of self-study in order to choose the best methods for their study and I suggest that students should combine self-study with study sessions with friends or tutors to have the best result.

On the other hand, independent study also brings some disadvantages to the learners. Firstly, self-study gives rise to difficulties regarding certain communication skills, particularly language skills due to the lack of frequent group communication. Next, it is much harder to overcome unexpected obstacles which could land on their way, such as losing motivation or solving a difficult math exercise. They have to overcome everything by themselves, which is sometimes very hard. Finally, it is hard for self-studying students to know where they are. There are no tests and no friends to compare the results with. Although this could help reduce the level of peer pressure, the learners cannot judge if they are having a good process or not, and harder to improve their methods.

First, wheb you are self studying, you will have more freedom tp study without any distractions. Which means you completely study by yourself. It involves much much better for you when u can attention to one problem or lesson. And with self studying, they have more sources to learn like internet, news,... They gain more knowledge of that.

Secondly, they will have certain life skill like know how to responsible about every action they made. They learn and know about it. For example they will learn the confident through it, they will know the problem that they have learned by themselves and they can answer the questions more confident.

Inthe other hands, self studying isn't perfect. When u study by your own you will don't have practical skill and teamwork skill due to your working alone. Theu cannot seek for others to develop team work skill, pair working,... They won't improve perfecy every skill.

In conclusion, learners should understand that self studying is the best way to improve our knowledge. But we must have the others to support, to help when in needed.
