Worshipping through music and praise.

Practicing gratitude and reflecting on blessings.

Minimizing distractions (fasting, reducing media).

Community and Action:

Seeking support from trusted friends or church leaders.

Serving others to shift focus outward.

Being patient and trusting God's timing through dry seasons.
