They have also had great international success winning a World Cup and three European titles, most recently winning a European title in 2024. Some other notable sports played in Spain are basketball and tennis. Some famous athletes from all three of these sports are Iker Casilla, Sergio Ramos, Rafael Nadal, and Ricky Rubio.

To end, I would have to say Spain is a fantastic place to live and visit. Some of the main things I like about Spain are the sports, cuisine, and music. Compared to the U.S., where I live, sports both have a vast cultural impact, but the sports are different; A popular sport in the States is American football while in Spain soccer is. I would have to say I do prefer soccer. Now for food, I would also have to so say I would prefer Spanish cuisine. From my research and images plus recipes, the food looks fantastic, and rich in flavor as well. One thing I most definitely prefer from where I live would have to be the music. While Spanish music is fantastic, nothing could beat music in the U.S. for me. To conclude I think Spain is a fantastic place; I am glad I got to do some research about Spain and learn some amazing new things.
