Lots of technical lines, looks like they used a ruler. It’s like a photo.
There’s steps, snow, roofs, dog.  The community centre is there, shops, poles and barriers.  We all see something different. Front gardens, curtains and the blinds. 
 
Is it a window view? How did they paint it and why? Did they use a tiny brush?

Lapels on the people’s clothes, they work there.  They’ve fitted everything into one painting. 
 
Even a Charles lookalike.  People peeping out the window and on roofs. It could 60s or 80s. Roy Orbison? Man with handle is winding it up. Trees and peacock colours, a sun moonlight and moonlight. It’s real and imagined.
