         <description><![CDATA[<div>1.Yes, that's correct. Microsoft to continue to develop Office for Apple.<br>2.Now, in terms of clause 2, we had a slightly different arrangement in mind. Apple can install&nbsp; IE in Mac but Apple can not accept that IE is default web browser in any Apple machines .<br>3.We welcome the opportunity that Mac&nbsp; user will be able to&nbsp; change the default browser to&nbsp; IE.<br>4.Broadly speaking, yes. Microsoft to invest in Apple by buying $150m of non-voting-stock.<br>5.So, what we 'd like to suggest is that Microsoft agrees not to sell stock for at least 6 years.<br>6.We'd also like to see a bit more flexibility on patent. <br><br></div>]]></description>
