         <title>Rotations for logistics presentations worked except the presenters did not get others&#39; information.  For example- Rowdy did not know about the OBB form procedures because he was presenting AP information.  We should set up a time for the presenters to present to each other.</title>

         <title>Early Summer or even Spring. We should set up a calendar meeting with all admin involved an set straight the number and types of duties for teachers.  Some think they have special arrangements and it gets sticky throughout the year.  If we do it in the Spring, it gives those teachers an opportunity to bow out of their EDA before the end of the year if they don&#39;t agree with our decision.  For example, Maffei and dance duties, and Place and graduation duties.</title>
