This PowerPoint exhibits the evidence I noted on my Cluster Matrix as Critical thinking skills by analysing marketing data through Excel and presenting it professionally through PowerPoint. I worked on analysing qualitative and quantitative data collected from clients and internal stakeholders across Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, and Western Australia regarding the new Mirage acoustic panel range.

The PowerPoint titled ‘Mirage Feedback-Key Results’ presents the responses, popular project specifications and trends over time.

My SMART Goal was to improve my critical thinking skills by analysing marketing data and content to formulate solutions and distinguish patterns that better address consumer concerns and demands. Throughout this task, I engaged with both qualitative feedback (client quotes, project specifications) and quantitative data (specification trends over time per state and quarter).

Using Excel and content analysis techniques, I identified patterns such as:

·High demand for Mirage’s unique texture and natural aesthetic.

·Repeated interest in customisation options and First Nations design collaborations.

·A positive trend in project specifications post-launch, particularly in VIC and QLD markets.

Outcome:
By the end of my 100-hour placement, I became more skilled in:

·Interpreting qualitative client data to use for the future.

·Using Excel for volume trend analysis.

·Applying critical thinking to identify patterns and gaps in the market.

·Formulating strategic recommendations based on data.

This PowerPoint is evidence that I achieved my goal of improving critical thinking through real-world marketing data analysis and reporting.

This presentation demonstrates the evidence I listed on my Cluster matrix under "Clarity and Concision", with an aim to refine marketing content for clear, structured, and relevant communication to my audience.

I was asked to create a Sustainability Competitor Analysis Presentation. The purpose was to analyse and present how Autex’s sustainability efforts compared to competitors in the acoustic materials sector, then relay this data to internal stakeholders in a concise and easily understandable format.

My SMART Goal was to enhance my writing and presentation skills in clarity and concision so that I can deliver marketing content that is structured with intent and easy for an audience to interpret. In developing this presentation:

·I structured the report through rationally created sections, starting with Autex’s sustainability continuing onto other competitor’s sustainability.

·I summarised complicated data including certification types, recycled content levels, carbon neutrality status, and product take-back programs.

·I used brand templates to guarantee consistent, professional visual formatting.

·I refined the final recommendations into actionable recommendations based on the evidence collected.

Outcome:

By the end of my 100-hour placement:

·I became more confident in creating and presenting marketing communications with clarity and purpose.

·I advanced my ability to condense qualitative and quantitative information and present only the most relevant details.

·I enhanced my skills in using feedback from supervisors to better the conciseness and effectiveness of my points.

This Sustainability Competitor Analysis Presentation depicts my achievement of improving clarity and concision in my marketing content creation, assisting my future ability to deliver intentional presentations.
