         <title>What are the limitations of your chosen ICT tool?</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p>There's a variety of different ways to utilise padlet and getting familiar with using it does take time,which is time taken from teaching the actual lesson.</p></li><li><p>The use of technology means access to the internet which can lead to an increase in distractions.With only one set of eyes on a classroom full of students,it's impossible to make sure everyone stays on track.</p></li><li><p>Technology-related concerns such as bad internet connection,low charge on laptops/ipads etc. become hurdles that didn't exist before.</p></li><li><p>When using a free account on padlet, there are a lot of features that aren’t available unless a subscription is made.</p></li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p>In the Explore stage, students are expected to learn by doing, thinking, and experiencing, rather than just listening to the teacher explain things. They are encouraged to Ask their own questions,Find their own answers,Investigate materials and Share observations(San Diego County Office of Education,nd)<br></p></li><li><p>Padlet encourages student-led discovery by offering a flexible digital space where learners can take initiative in exploring topics on their own  by allowing incomplete or evolving ideas to be shared with the class in real time. </p></li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li><p> The platform’s support for diverse media formats promotes creative and individual expression, enabling students to post product photos, link to resources, or reflect via audio or video.&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p><br></p><p>For example, on a Padlet board titled “How Healthy Are the Foods We Eat?”, one student might analyse a Nutri-Grain bar and question its healthiness based on added sugars and preservatives, while another compares it to a banana, sparking peer discussions and discoveries. In essence, Padlet transforms the Explore stage into a collaborative, student-driven investigation where learners guide their own understanding through inquiry, creativity, and real-world comparisons.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>In 5E the engage stage contends that this is the very first stage that learners must go through when using this model, at this stage educators are to gage a student overall understanding of the topic prior to learning&nbsp; the additional content, as well as getting the students interested in the concepts about be taught.&nbsp; (Lesley Universty, nd).</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>How can educators&nbsp; use Padlet to engage students?</strong></p><p>Educators can create posts on Padlet posing questions to students in order to get students to use their&nbsp; prior knowledge of what they already&nbsp; understand about a topic (Lesley University,nd).
