They should also set a goal for their band to achieve , and follow the procedures of training to make sure they can reach their goals within the shortest time period.
6)  The band should achieve maturity,autonomy and productivity and the band identity emerges. Every members need to have mature mind and thoughts and be productively when completing the procedures. Leader have the responsibility to lead members to work more mature and productive.
7)  After the task done. All the goals are achieved when the concert finished. Members have to achieve new goals by cooperating against each other in next task that are coming.
