In my opinion, this exercise was very fun for forcing us to come up with a scenario that we could potentially have with a future version of ourselves. I think that I rushed this exercise due to being late to the session and if I could redo it, I would add more sound effects and make it more immersive. I found the interview with another person informative as well.

This Practise was fun for the visual element and the ability for us to walk outside. I had problems with the focus on my camera and instead decided to focus on creating a narrative with the pictures instead of taking good pictures. I thought that the feedback I received at the end very basic and not critical enough.

This project was very fun and experimental. The group that I was assigned to was very cooperative and everyone was open to new ideas and proposals that everybody brought to the table. If I could do anything differently, it would be planning out the sound effects that were used more efficiently and having more time to implement them into the final product.

This practice was fun because we were allowed to go outside and roam around the campus. While we made a storyboard that followed the broad strokes of what we wanted to achieve, we left enough room for editing in this if the group wanted to change anything. I think that there could have been more involvement from everyone when it came to filming and directing, but overall everyone was happy with the final result. I would leave more time for editing at the end.

This practise challenged me in my ability to come up with a narrative on the spot with little preparation; I was quite happy with my end result and I thought that the creative freedom and focus on creating real narratives was fun. However, I had more fun with some of the other practises so I chose not to go forward with this one.

This was a fun exercise that got me to think more about the marketing side of media and analyse what people find attractive about art. This also allowed me more experimental freedom when it came down to designing the cover as it can be interpreted in many different ways with text and images

This was the transcript for the conversation me and my partner had about an object that was important to us. The transcript was more messy at the end than I thought it would be and as a result, the translating it onto a seperate document suffered. If I was to do this differently, I would use an audio recording of our conversation instead because it could pick up the audio more clearly and there is more room for interpretation with what was said.

This practise was interesting because it got me to think more about the messaging of the media I enjoy. While I didn't dislike this practise, I thought that there was a lot more to offer in other practises that this one did not offer me to the same extent.

The essay that I chose to write for this was about consumerism in relation to stasis and change; I thought that it left me with a lot more creative avenues and opportunities to present visual metaphors than some of my other options. On top of this I thought that I could get more milage with a 90 second drama that was based on this.
