Today the total members are 435 and it was divided between the states the house of Representative house and the senate propose most bills the Representative would depend on the state after the long debate they agreed that the citizen should vote

The delegates made most of there decision about the highest court called the supreme court and they thought that they would nominate the supreme court and they would vote on how they would approve them. They also came up with a number later there was six and now there is nine on the supreme court.
