This event requires at least 2 days of availability each week to account for the possibility that your HoME+ clients may not be at home or that your group member is not available during deployment.

This is to ensure that there is enough time for you to complete all 3 home visits with the HoME+ clients within the 2 weeks period.

Hello I wanted to ask, if I will be overseas on the second week, can me and my partner finish all three allocations in the first week time? Or must we do at least 2 days in a week and 4 days in total? Thank you

Hi!

It is possible to complete the visitations within a week provided that the clients assigned to you are at home when you want to visit them.

The official timeline allows up to two weeks and you can manage your own time when you want to visit the clients. There are no minimum days per week.

We would still advise for you to make yourselves available for that 2-week period as there might be unforeseen circumstances that the clients might not be available when you perform the visit and you will need to come down a 2nd time.

Yes, you may join us even if you cannot speak Chinese. We will try to match you with someone who can.

Location and Duration

Location will be shared to confirmed volunteers via email.

Usually a visit last 20-45 minutes.
