Ingredients
8-10 cups of water
1 onion
3 garlics
1 can of red sauce
choice of meat
1 can of hominy
Step 1. Put water in a pot
Step 2. Chop up onions and garlic
step 3. Put the red sauce in the water
step 4. Add meat to the pot and cook for two hours
step 5. Add hominy in the pot and cook for another hour then it will be done.

A new the I learned about Nicaragua is that they have the only lake in the world that has sharks. The reason why they have sharks is because the water has part fresh and salt water. Some day I want to visit this country because the land is so beautiful and this is the where my dad is from. One thing I would like to try if I get the chance is try there food a drinks. My dads family talks so much about great it is. I would also like to met so of my family over there. Another thing I have learned is that it rains a lot. I always thought it was sunny because it has lacks and land. The most place people like to visit is the city of Granada so I would like to check it out as well.
