App analysis (Black Group) by Matthew

Think about an interesting educational app (perhaps the one you nominated for the pre-workshop activity). Create a post (below) to: i) Name the app. ii) Describe any features of the app that might support ONE of Personalised, Authentic or Collaborative learning. iii) In what learning spaces could students use the app? iv) Describe how it might be used in an INNOVATIVE way (in your discipline).

The features support collaborative learning.
The students can use Padlet anytime and in any context since Padlet has a lot of features (e.g.: timeline, blank "board", etc.)
It might be used innovatively by attaching articles, images, quotes, and other necessary resources of the topic.
Other students can add their comments, or give cute reactions to support their friends' contribution.

It supports the Collaborative learning. During an online group discussion, each member can share notes or images in its specified frames.
An example of "innovative" way in my discipline is probably in teaching writing when everyone can work together to compose a text

Sutori is good for collaborative learning. I once set up a horizontal and vertical collaboration among the students from grade 8 to 10. We study Indonesian history, more than 100 students work together to create a timeline of Indonesian history from the independence day up to the current era. They have features such as: to create a post, attach videos/pictures, give comments, short quiz and feedbacks. The downsides, Sutori is only free for about a month. The free version is rather limited (no quiz, no comment)
