         <description><![CDATA[<div>Great way to collect data to have a starting point as to how you can lead best.  We liked them best when they were short and sweet and think that colleagues would be more apt to complete if it's quick and easy.  A brief reason why we are conducting the survey will help to convey the message.<br>Things to possibly include are:<br>Grade currently teaching and split if so<br>Comfort level in teaching.<br>Love (or lack of love) for math in general.<br>Favourite/least fav. strands.<br>Assessment practises.<br>Use of manipulatives.<br>Use of resources.<br>Use of problem solving.<br>Use of technology.<br>Willingness to collaborate.</div>]]></description>
