Each and every brain is unique. Learning is developmental and emotional balance is KEY. 
We need to be flexible in our teachings and with our space, and allow students to learn by doing through manipulatives and kinesthetic movements.  Valuing process over product with constant feedback will increase success.

A brief reason why we are conducting the survey will help to convey the message.
