Bao giờ xã hội cũng luôn có sự cạnh tranh thì mới phát triển. Ganh đua thì không nên nhưng thi đua lại là cần thiết.
Có điều cách của chúng ta hiện nay đang làm sai. Cần phải quan tâm hơn đến những kỹ năng mềm, bên cạnh việc đào tạo về kiến thức, cần đào tạo những con người toàn diện.

The results of the national NAPLAN Australian student assessment in 2015 showed that the top 10% of students with the highest results differed by 6 classes compared to the group of students with the lowest results. Normal classes often ignore the learning needs of high-achieving students, who are more susceptible to behavioral problems, attitudes, and loss of study motivation.
