I now know the difference between something like Dramatic Irony and Sarcasm. Sarcasm is being aware of it while Dramatic Irony isn't being aware.

I learned the difference between situational irony (When the opposite of what was expected to happen) and dramatic irony(when the character doesn't know something about himself).

I also learned that the same scene can be categorized into multiple satirical strategies.

Dramatic Irony has to do more with whatever the person is saying that's ironic and Situational Irony is more about the physical part of the situation that's ironic.
The discussion about a potential reason on why the more wealthier people didn't help the people in Flint as much is because if they did their help would be expected more every time there is a situation that needs fixing. And something else that i didn't think about was that there probably was a little bit of people that helped out with the problems and Moore just didn't include that information for whatever reason.

One thing I learned in class yesterday was how to correctly identify satirical devices when they're kind of the same and I also learned how serious the conversation became when we started comparing Flint, Michigan and New Haven, Connecticut.

I learned the difference between dramatic irony and sarcasm, dramatic irony is when the narrator doesn't realize what he is saying and then sarcasm is when they are purposely trying to be dramatic and funny. I also learned and was able to make connections between New Haven now and Flint back then and realized time has changed but our ways haven't really changed.

I learned sarcasm, hyperbole, and understatement typically come from the person telling or narrating the story because they aware that their using these satiric devices.
I also learned that grotesque is used to basically make horrific things seem better or light laughter consist with it.
