         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li><p>Dramatic Irony has to do more with whatever the person is saying that's ironic and Situational Irony is more about the physical part of the situation that's ironic.</p></li><li><p>The discussion about a potential reason on why the more wealthier people didn't help the people in Flint as much is because if they did their help would be expected more every time there is a situation that needs fixing. And something else that i didn't think about was that there probably was a little bit of people that helped out with the problems and Moore just didn't include that information for whatever reason.</p></li></ol>]]></description>
