But how could it be fixed?

The main idea to solve the problem is to end hunger because this is the root of insecurity, another solution is to provide education and job opportunities, so that people have resources and do not resort to stealing.

The conclusion for this problem is to ensure that people have a job and a decent life.

People don't usually put the garbage in the dumpster because it's not easy to open. Then the pets take the garbage away causing a dirty street.

There are many campaigns to avoid it, but I think the problem is cultural, because if you don't want to have a dirty house you don't want to have a dirty street.

To solve this problem is neccesary to aware people.

I think that when you decide to have a pet, you have responsibilities with the pet and the community because  is uncomfortable for people walk for the park or the street and step excrement.
 I have a pet and always pick up the excrement in a bag and take out in the trash, I also do it because we must take care of and keep clean the areas where we have fun.

The people don't respect the stop signals and the majority arrive too late and parking in the middle of the way. The solution of the problem is that the high school to assign people like teachers or students like a part of a social project to control the traffic and avoid the persons stop on any side without respect the oanother people and pedestrian cruces.

I think I'm not the only one who thinks this, all the neighbors have to go so far to get anything and we can't go through life asking for a delivery for anything. 

One possible solution is to encourage the ideas of the members of the community, if the neighbor opens a store, buy to him, if you can get something close to your house you save time and money.

However, another problem arises here; the rent of commercial places is really expensive and there are few, so opening a store is not easy.

Therefore, in general, the solution would have several steps: 1. That the members of the community are aware of the needs of the neighborhood, 2. Encourage entrepreneurship, 3. That the owners of the commercial places be more flexible with prices, 4. That people begin to think of the community and buy from local businesses.

Years ago, my family was attacked by criminals when they tried to rob my family and they were against it, this situation caused them to attack my grandparents with a knife, all this happened while the neighbors looked through their windows at what was happening and my family did not received support from no one.
I believe that an option for this problem is unity as a community and support, regardless of whether there is affection between the neighbors, another solution could be to install security cameras and thus monitor the neighborhood with the help of police officers and thus prevent criminals abuse people and achieve a united and safe neighborhood for anyone.

I think if I was a leader I create different sport, artistic or recreative activities in the neigborhood, this must be flashy because they like to make plans with their friends and socializate. For example soccer or skating tournaments, music learning, play competitive videogames , etc

This activities make the young people think healthy and they walk away from drugs
