         <description><![CDATA[<div>I would say that our culture is similar. Our school culture is collaborative, supportive, and (hopefully) very transparent. I communicate with my staff why decisions are made and try to include them in the process. We are striving for our student culture to be similar and to that of high expectations but this is still a work in progress. I think our leverage point is aligning/communicating that vision of high achievement and making sure that the systems in place have us working smarter, not harder (we haven't achieved this...still in the works). </div><div> </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>At 10th we have been working on staff culture.  We are striving for a culture that is collaborative, has shared responsibility, and do whatever it takes to ensure ours students succeed.  It is also important we have a growth mindset, for students and staff, that is driven by goal setting and the desire meet our goals.  All in all, we want 10th street staff to be positive and want to be here. </div><div> </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Currently I support the campus vision through the observation and feedback cycle, and modeling Kagan strategies, gradual release and lit4life in PDs that I lead. <br>2. I can lead further in cross curricular learning to focus on comprehension of nonfiction text in the lit4life initiative.  I will look for models for the campus to follow. Second, I could find example of teachers using student engagement strategies and highlight them through the weekly email.<br>3. Angela prefers face to face/one on one communication in her office.  I would need to bring a solid plan to her.  Currently I'm looking to fill out a Champs model for common areas, and I want to build a leadership group to build teacher buy in for behavior positive and response to negative.</div>]]></description>

Currently, we are working on teachers collaborating framework with PK/K teachers to do peer observations of a team member. Also, we are setting goals by looking at the data from CBAs<br>and DRA scores. The teachers are developing a plan to work with teachers by providing support in a specific way based on teacher needs.
