It was about four teenagers, that got inspired to build rockets after they saw Sputnik fly above them. They struggled trough difficulties through out the way but at the end they managed to build the rockets. They gathered a lot of supportive people around them. Although Homer  Hickman went against his fathers will to build rockets, Homer Hickman was the leader of that teenager group (rocket boy) . At the end his father died. They won the science fair.
