We promise things we can not deliver.

UNITED - first aircraft (C-Check) at 15 days! Aged 757 fleet! How is this even achievable? Second aircraft at a month (estimate). Does our sales team understand what we can achieve?! Understand we are a business but ambition must be measured to what can be achieved! We will not / cant deliver first check in 15 days.

Need positive first impression but set to fail.

Dishonested with customers - what they want to hear versus reality.

Staff are compromised because the companies ambition doesn't match it's ability.

Core commercial process for the business is broken: Commercial to Planning to Production - doesnt work and was broken prior to AAG coming on board.

TIS MUST BE FCIXED for the vision and €200m to be achieved

1. AAG Regconised by some major customers, eg. DHL & United Airlines, Easyjet - not global at the moment.

Line maintenance, customer very satisfied (UNITED Audit 10th Sept). But AAG successes and achievements for our customers is info not shared across the Organisation - our Communication of what we do is never shared - specifc team only knows as they were involved.
Some customers tell us they don't want to be at AAG.
Maersk fleet unhappy that H1 processes / inspections are 'deeper'.
Prior to AAG, airlines were beating door down to get in and now we have clients who dont want to be here because of different / more client efficient ways to delivering our product

We over sale.

Under deliver.

Customers and production caught in the middle to get job done in a professional way. As much as possible.

Trustworthy people focused. Helping our fellow workers and trust each other in our dairy activities
