Answer: The Surveys and questionnaires are most appropriate because this procedure based on the opinion of the student with a questionnaire is administered to the class which asks students information about affective dimensions, attitudes, motivation, and preferences, with this information the Teacher found the real problem, and analyze the information gives for their students also the teacher can search effective solutions and new ways to organize and change the class for attracting the attention of students and the same time create a lesson plan with new topics and activities for change the students' attitude, another important thing about this procedure is that with a correct investigation and analyze the teacher can change your model of teaching and try new ways of teaching the topics.

Answer: I think that we can choose two ways to procedure, are observation and teaching journal because is very important know what in happened for that the teacher need to observing the way that the student interact in different scenarios and situations in the classroom and a good way to see and know better what is happened should to write about the different experiences with the student.

The action research project begins with a collaborative group work research, with a problem such as finding solutions, such research must be known and propose improvements for the ideal as teachers or future teachers.The problem that we have to solve, happens to us in occasions in the classroom, it is for this reason that we are interested in research to learn how to carry out the improvement, the advantages and disadvantages they have, to look for strategies for the problem that begins with the knowledge of lesson planning, which is in accordance with the study plan and takes into account the time for the planned material. In summary, we need to learn to carry out this project in the best way without having those deficiencies or difficulties.To complete the research one of the resources humans and material that is important are senses (observation) and video record.  Because it is necessary to collect information about happens in the classroom. And then to compare the classes planned 

An advantage is that I can as a teacher achieve development a lesson plan; since my own goals and objectives teaching-learning. In this manner achieve integration of my goals, objectives, knowledge, and experiences in my lesson plan.To focus on the real problem the question to investigate the issue will be: What can I do to realize why my lesson doesn’t go according to what I planned?. Observation is the best way to know and solve problem with lesson plan.

I would lean towards two procedures, that of observation and that of reflection.

The procedure that would be perfectly fixed with this method is observation because it can be relatively fast and easy to collect a certain amount of information in a short time by directly observing the whole class, in this way it is possible to perceive what those characteristics are, and if it is true that they have Adopted this kind of “English teacher”, you can make a comparison of your students and those of another teacher, so you will know if your method makes teaching difficult or easier.

 The advantages is that through this observation, you can define if your colleagues' method has worked in a better way, or if they have something that you can adapt to your classroom to improve, this can work since there is always something new to learn, and this is very possible since you are observing 2 different groups of students who are in the same course.

Another advantage is that you can help your teammates, since if they notice a good result they can use the same strategy. You can also define how true it is that your new profile has worked very well with the teaching of your students, if they have learned in a normal way, or faster or definitely have not learned anything

Disadvantages: Some teachers may feel threatened by feedback provided by the observer, students may not behave naturally when they feel watched, and the data collected may be wrong. You might have some trouble highlighting the most important details of the collected information, as they might be insufficient to provide accurate feedbackt
