I could improve the length of my presentation as it was quite short as I was nervous about speaking Infront of people as I hate public speaking, I could have also included a quiz in my presentation as then the audience would have felt and been more engaged.

I delivered a coaching session in a pair to others in my class, we made a warmup for netball which included a pulse raiser and stretchers.

At work I have to speak to customers and tell them about the item and show them how it works. We also have to keep customers in with their orders with how long they will take to come in.

Coaching warm up

In the coaching warm up we worked in a group of 4 to plan our warmup but then got split into pairs to deliver it which allowed us to work together so we both gave examples of our warmup skills and we both spoke to the people we were warming up.

I work in a pub on the bar and in the restaurant this has given me social skills as well as skills when it comes to dealing with people and customers.
